It is saying that Microsoft is suing Google over the idea that they are harming the value of intellectual property. It says the following in the end: Microsoft argued then that open source software jeopardized property rights and threatened to undermine the software industry as it argued in favor of "shared source" software that reinforced intellectual property rights.Is this going to be the start of suing all open source companies, even the ones that make no money?
