Some companies sue their readers for blogging content that they found from someone else's website. I like ZDNet's approach to allowing others to use their content. Rather than coming down hard they give a method for anyone to easily post about an article while still having the article point back to ZDNet. Here are some screen shoots of how it looks:
Others should learn how to please their customers, not sue them.
