Best Buy Update

I am all over these blog updates today... 3 in a row, probably a new record.
I posted previously about my troubles with Best Buy. Here is an update:
January 30 (Morning) - Same Error message about the reward zone certificate.
January 31 (Afternoon) - Same Error message.
January 31 (Evening) - Called Rewards Zone Department. The best they could do for me is tell me that I will get a new Certificate issued to me Friday, February 8th. That is almost 2 weeks after my original attempt at a purchase.
February 7 - WOO HOO I finally got my Certificate refunded to me. Some where along the line I ended up with an extra $5 in Certificates. I am not sure what that is all about, but I will take it! Probably worth the time I spent on all of that. Now to call and place my order once again.
